Congratulations Oregonians for entering the new era of legal Marijuana. We are not allowed to sell to non medical patients until October 1st.
We have a few links for you to help you find out more information about the new changes. For instance recreational purchases are limited to one quarter ounce and only flower is permitted. If you qualify for Oregon Medical Marijuana Program we suggest you get your card or continue to renew any current prescriptions.
Heads up Fortunate Oregon Voters:
PLEASE NOTE: It will not be legal for the public to posses marijuana until July 1 2015, and it won't be until 2016 before shops will be open for the public. Medicinal Dispensaries will still only serve OMMP medical card holders. There will be special locations opened in the future in order to service the general public and follow the regulations put in place by the state to tax it. We will keep you updated as we become informed of the changes.
If you smoke pot in public you can still be arrested. Please be cautious when excising your rights.
